Designed for the T1 Silverado 2500 HD fitted with the 6.6L turbo-diesel V8, this system replaces the factory exhaust from behind the DPF and transitions from a 4-inch connection into a large 5-inch over-axle and side-exit exhaust.

The muffler-free configuration provides a freer-flowing exhaust path while retaining the vehicle's factory DPF and emissions hardware.

Important 2024–2025 Model Information

2024–2025 Silverado 2500 models are fitted with an additional sensor in the exhaust after the DPF.

ECU tuning may be required when fitting this system to 2024–2025 vehicles.

We recommend confirming compatibility and tuning requirements before installation.

Installation Note

Installation requires the factory tailpipe to be cut approximately 100mm back from the edge of the final weld behind the DPF. The Manta DPF-back system then connects to the modified factory section.

Professional installation is recommended.
