Canyon Offroad – Terms and Conditions of Sale
Warranty Terms
Canyon Offroad warrants that all products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship. Each product is warranted against defects in material or workmanship that cause the product to perform below reasonable expectations.

Coverage: Canyon Offroad will, at its sole option, repair or replace any products supplied by it which are found to be defective, provided Canyon Offroad is notified in writing by the customer within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Third-Party Products: Products sourced from third-party suppliers are subject to the warranty provided by those manufacturers. Details are available on request.
Warranty Exclusions
Canyon Offroad is not a mechanical workshop. We do not warrant the installation work of third-party mechanical businesses installing our products.

Please ensure you order the correct parts. Return of a product in an unused condition will attract a 17.5%–25% restocking and administrative fee, where Canyon Offroad is not at fault.

Canyon Offroad will not be held responsible for delays that occur in the supply of its products.
The above warranty will not apply where:
1. The product has not been correctly installed, or evidence of misuse or negligence is evident.
2. The product has been modified without prior approval.
3. The product is used beyond the expectations of the original vehicle manufacturer.
4. The product is no longer required, incorrectly chosen by the customer, or the customer has changed their mind (see Return Process for discretionary returns).
Return and Refund Process
Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection
As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

In all discretionary cases where returns are accepted, Canyon Offroad will issue store credit only.

A 17.5%–25% restocking and administrative fee will be deducted from any store credit issued.
Major Faults (Product Defects)
If the product has a major fault that prevents it from being used for its designed purpose, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If the product has been installed and is able to perform its designed purpose, it cannot be returned. Please ensure correct fitment before operating the vehicle.
Minor Faults (Product Defects)
If the fault is not major, Canyon Offroad will repair the item within a reasonable time.

If it cannot be repaired in a reasonable timeframe, you may request a replacement or refund.

Whether an item is repaired or replaced will be determined at the discretion of Canyon Offroad Pty Ltd.
Damaged in Transit
Claims for items damaged in transit must be lodged within 14 days of receipt.

Claims made outside this period cannot be accepted, as they fall outside the carriers’ terms and conditions.
Third-Party / Special-Order Products
Returns or cancellations cannot be accepted for third-party items that are specifically ordered in, produced to order, or assembled to fulfil individual orders.

Where a return is accepted (at the sole discretion of Canyon Offroad), store credit only will be issued, minus a 17.5%–25% restocking and administrative fee.

• Fatz Fabrication
• Suspension components and lift kits
• Phat Bars
• Department of the Interior
• Manta Exhausts
• Brown Davis
• Electronic accessories
Brand-Specific Conditions

Clearview Mirrors: Incorrectly ordered Clearview mirror returns will incur a $150 return fee, covering the cost of return shipping to Clearview VIC. Additional shipping costs for replacement mirrors are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Window

Without exception, no returns will be accepted more than 90 days after purchase.
Incorrect Sales / Errors

If an incorrect item was sold or shipped, or if the incorrect price was charged, Canyon Offroad reserves the right to cancel the order.
Return Responsibility

The responsibility for returning the item lies with the customer.

Canyon Offroad accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds (for product faults only) or store credits (for discretionary returns) will only be issued for items returned in resalable condition.

Products that have been test fitted, modified, or damaged are strictly non-returnable.
Cancellations Prior to Dispatch

Orders cancelled prior to dispatch incur a 7.5% administrative processing fee.

Where cancellation relates to a change of mind or change of customer circumstance, store credit only will be issued.
International Orders

All overseas orders are strictly non-refundable for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

Canyon Offroad will not be responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping providers.

Damage during transit is only covered if shipping insurance was purchased.

All products are designed for Australian Delivered Vehicles. Canyon Offroad does not guarantee fitment on overseas vehicle variants.
Liability for Import Taxes and Duties
All import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Canyon Offroad has no control over these charges, as they vary by jurisdiction. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office prior to purchasing.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs, including return freight and associated fees.

By placing an international order with Canyon Offroad, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all such charges.
Liability for Additional Costs
Canyon Offroad shall not be liable for any expense incurred by the customer in order to remedy any defect in its products.

Canyon Offroad will not cover removal, installation, or postage costs required to give effect to this warranty.
Product Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify Canyon Offroad from and against any loss, injury, or damage to person or property that extends beyond the warranties set forth above, whether the claims against Canyon Offroad or the damages are incidental or consequential.
Legality of Modifications

Rules and regulations for light vehicles vary from state to state. Please research these regulations in your jurisdiction before undertaking modifications to your car.

DPF and catalytic converter removal components are designed for off-road use only. Please consider this before purchasing and installing.
