TRC6590 Fixed Offset Control Arm Kit & TRC6680 Steering Knuckle Kit - Bump Steer Correction - designed to optimise the steering geometry

This Geometry Correction Kit for 1-3" lift vehicles provides camber and caster via a SuperPro Fixed Upper Control Arm, plus toe correction with the SuperPro Steering Knuckle Upgrade. You'll experience: improved handling, stability and driver fatigue; along with fewer steering adjustments and less tyre wear for superb contact with the road. The TRC6590 Fixed Offset Upper Control Arms are designed for 1-3" lifted 4x4 vehicles, offering enhanced wheel alignment and reduced tire wear. Featuring heavy-duty, high-articulation ball joints and SuperPro polyurethane bushings, this UCA offers enhanced toughness & resilience.
The components are constructed from steel and robot-welded for precise manufacturing standards. The TRC6680 Steering Knuckle Kit is ideal for standard & lifted vehicles, eliminating bump steer & tire wear.
It's made of hot forged 4140 AISI steel, post-machined & finished in black e-coat for max rust protection. Combining TRC6680 & TRC6590 ensures improved alignment & tire wear.
TRC6680 is VSB 14 approved, ADR compliance does not apply to this product.

    Why is bump steer an issue?
    Bump steer is the alteration of toe in or toe out as a vehicle's ride height fluctuates. This effect is intensified by added loads like towing, high cargo loads, accessories, or a suspension lift. Excessive bump steer causes tires to wear prematurely, as identified through field reports and in-house research and development testing.

    What does the SuperPro steering knuckle do to help?
    The SuperPro steering knuckle can be fitted to a 1-3" lift vehicle to optimise steering geometry and rapidly reduce bump-steer. This graph indicates that, in a lifted vehicle, the bump steer is minimized by up to 75%. A Zeder offset FUCA can provide an additional 10-15% reduction. In non-lifted vehicles, the knuckle installation leads to almost no bump-steer.
